On 24.08.2012 the Regulation No. 271/2012 Sb., on medical fitness of the healthcare personnel and other healthcare specialists (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation“), becomes effective; by this Regulation the physicians, providers of health services, are obliged to support the application to issue the licence for rendering health service by the medical expert report that shall be elaborated in conformity with this Regulation. Form of the medical expert report can be found in the Annex No. 2 to the Regulation.
