On 01.01.2014 the Act No. 90/2012 Sb., on business corporations, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the Business Corporations Act / BCA) became effective. BCA obliges the business corporations to harmonize the existing provisions of the foundation documents, contradicting compulsory provisions of BCA, with the new amendment. For incorporation of the relevant changes (incl. delivery of the reviewed foundation document to the Collection of Documents) the BCA stipulates the term of 6 months from the date when BCA became effective.
